No. You can use the marketplace without registering. You can search organizations, products and services and see all the Request available without being a member. But if you want to appear in the directories or submit or apply for a Request, the registration is required.

How can I post a request?

It is very easy and fast. Just sign in and enter in your “Member Area”. There, go to “Test Request” and “Submit”. Complete the form and send it. The publication of the request is not automatic, we first review the request and then we published. Please visit our “How to post a request” tutorial to have more information or read our recommendations about the better use of the platform.

Why my request is reviewed?

We ensure that all our members make good use of the platform, in other to avoid fraud.

What happens after I submit a request?

After you submit your request, an automated email is sent to the providers that may be able to offer the service or product you want. There is no guarantee that any provider will respond, but the response rate is typically high. Some providers respond to requests within hours or a few days and some respond only if they offer the service you need or can answer the question you’ve posed. The more information you provide to a provider and the more thought-out the question, the more likely it is that providers will respond. You will receive an automated email notification every time a vendor submits a response to your request.

Can I choose more than one provider for a request?

Yes, you can choose as many providers as you like. The company or person that posted a request is responsible of accepting or rejecting the offers of the companies that had applied for the requests. If the offer is accepted, the contact information will be given and you can contact directly to the company for more details about the service. If the offer is rejected, the contact information will not be given to any of you. You can negotiate or turn down any incoming offers and your contact remains still confidential.

How do I search the marketplace for services, products or providers?

You can search for services, products or providers by simply entering in the directories of the main menu of the website. Each directory has a search box located on the right hand side, where you can search by key words. Alternatively, you can drill down to a specific category or service using the Categories drop down menu, and selecting one, which will then display the subcategories to choose from.

My company wants to offer services. How do we join the market place?

Joining the marketplace and listing services is simple, you only have to register your organization us Premium.

Which payment options are supported?

For Premium registration you need a credit card (VISA or MasterCard) to subscribe. If you do not have a credit card, please send us an e-mail. We can send you an invoice for the subscription. After we received your payment, we will activate your account.

How can I apply for a request?

To be able to apply for a request you have to be a Premium Member.

It is very easy and fast. Just sign in and go to the request you are interested in. Click on “Apply” and write your offer. All the offers must be written in an anonymous way. You do not need to give information about your company or yourself, because with your offer we attached your company profile. Your offer is not sent automatically to the demander. First, we review the offer and them we send to the demander. Please visit our “How to apply” to have more information or read our recommendations about the better use of the platform.
